Agreement to Terms. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Yellow Jacket Trailer Rental LLC, doing business as Yellow Jacket Trailer Rental ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.YellowJacketTrailerRental.com website and any related media, channels, or applications (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
Company. When these terms mention "Company," "we," "us," or "our," they refer to Yellow Jacket Trailer Rental, based in the United States, which is responsible for your information under these Terms.
Services Offered. The Site offers the rental of trailers.
Deposits. A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned if the trailer is returned without damage.
Damage. You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Availability. Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Mobile Messaging Program. We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through our messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt in to receive recurring mobile messages at that number, even if it is registered on a state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us; reply HELP for support. Your participation is not required to make any purchase and is completely voluntary.
Disclaimer of Warranty. The program and Site are offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. We are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any message or information sent through the program.
Limitation of Liability. The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Termination. The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Modifications. We may modify or cancel the program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Modifications take effect when posted to our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is located.
Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.
This site is not a part of, or endorsed by, Google, Facebook, or TikTok. Google, Facebook, and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners.
